From day #1, we.ve been impressed with your prompt response to our concerns, maintenance, and problems. When we still lived at our old place and you first came out to get us set up, I was shocked that you as the owner would come yourself to make sure everything got set up correctly. That doesn.t happen very often today. Now Ricky comes..he seems like a very nice young man---always polite and obviously an asset to your business with his knowledge and experience.
