This agreement is between Wickson Wireless, known hereafter as WE and OUR, and you our customer known hereafter as YOU, YOUR and YOUR'S.
By subscribing to and using our services YOU agree to: Pay YOUR bill within 5 days of receipt. Abide by the terms of our acceptable use policy . Take reasonable measures to protect the customer premises equipment at YOUR location from damage. Surrender the customer premise equipment to us if YOU decide to cancel YOUR service or if we cancel YOUR service for failure to comply with our acceptable use agreement including the antenna, receiver, power supply and mounting arm if present. WE agree to: Provide a high quality, reliable service. Conduct normal maintenance operations during the hours of midnight to 6 a.m. (does not include emergency maintenance). Maintain the equipment on YOUR premises including the antenna, receiver, power supply and cable without cost YOU provided any damage that occurs is not caused by YOUR negligence. If YOUR installation required a mast or tower, the mast or tower is YOUR'S to keep without additional charge if YOU discontinue OUR service. In certain rare circumstances WE may require YOU to be responsible for the maintenance of YOUR tower or mast at YOUR location if it is necessary to ensure the safety of YOUR tower or mast. YOU may elect to discontinue OUR service if YOU are not willing to pay for YOUR necessary tower or mast repairs. If YOU fail to pay YOUR bill within 5 days of receipt, YOUR service may be interrupted until the bill is paid in full. If YOU fail to abide by the terms of OUR acceptable use agreement, YOUR service may be suspended. If YOU fail to take reasonable precautions to protect the customer premises equipment outlined above, WE may charge YOU to repair or replace the equipment. This is the entrie agreement although it may be amended from time to time. You will receive notice of amendment. |
